This training course is for youth workers and educators aged 20-35 who are at the beginning of their journey in non formal education, who would like to revitalize their approach by learning new methods and activities or who are simply curious about non formal education in general and would like to learn more and challenge themselves with the topic. The program will include moments of self reflection and occasions to put in practice what we will discover, working in teams and receiving constructive feedback from the others. Finally, at the end of the week there will be time to look back at our own personal learning journey and to make plans for the future.
